Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
A parcel-opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
The video must be continuous (uncut), showing the package from all sides before opening.
If the video shows any tampering or discrepancies, Momfashionworld reserves the right to reject the return without providing a reason.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.
Exchange requests will be processed subject to stock availability.
If the requested size/design is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
