Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.     Cancellations:

    • Requests accepted within 7 days of order unless shipping has commenced.

2.     Refund Process:

    • Refund requests are evaluated after receipt of returned goods.
    • Refunds for approved requests are processed and money will credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

3.     Defective Products:

    • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days.
    • Sellers or manufacturers inspect the claims before approval.

4.     Warranty Issues:

    • Items with manufacturer warranties must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
